RUSLANA TONCHEVA
Ruslana Toncheva is an expert with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical business, where she has held numerous local and international management positions in multinational innovative companies. The focus of her professional expertise is commercial operations, strategic marketing, as well as leadership and building teams and organizational structures. From 2021 to 2023, he served as a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chair of its Health Committee. Ruslana Toncheva holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the UNWE (Sofia) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Netherlands). Since 2018 she is a lecturer at the American University in Bulgaria in Marketing and Business Communications and a guest lecturer at Webster University Geneva.
PROF. DR. SVETOSLAV TSENOV
Dr. Svetoslav Tsenov is CEO of the pharmaceutical company Astellas for Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Greece. He graduated in medicine and finance, in 2019 he defended his PhD in social medicine and health management, and since this year he is an associate professor in clinical pharmacology. He is a business manager with over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held various senior positions in multinational companies at global and regional levels in the areas of management, corporate strategy, market access, institutional relations, marketing, and medicine. Over the years Prof. Cenov has been a member of the EFPIA Working Group for Central and Eastern Europe, Chairman of the Board of ARPHARM, and Co-Chair of the AmCham Healthcare Committee.
